In the case of a negative opinion, the cost of expertization plus purchase price refunded upon receipt of item, certificate, & expertization invoice. No refund in the case of a declined opinion. Items on extension are assumed to have been cleared after 180 days unless advised via email, fax, or letter. Delivery and insurance included in prices.
